These are the rules for Now I’m Open. They keep everyone safe and happy. Read the full version.

Please do this

• Be you

  • Use your real first name.
  • Use real photos of you.
  • Use your real age.

• Say what you want

  • Say what you want to do.
  • Say where and when.
  • A clear card gets more replies.

• Be kind

  • It is OK to say no.
  • If you have been chatting, say goodbye nicely.
  • Do not just disappear.

• Dates are for Date mode

  • Ideas cards are not dates.
  • Friends cards are not dates.
  • Use Date mode for dates.

• Meet in a busy place

  • Meet where there are lots of people.
  • Get there and home on your own.
  • Tell a friend where you are going.

Never do this

• You must be 18 or older.

• Never ask for money. Never send money.

• Do not sell things or find people for a business.

• Do not be rude, hateful or scary. Stop when someone says no.

• No sexual content. No hook-ups in Ideas or Friends.

• Do not share other people's photos, address or messages.

• One account each. No fake people.

If someone breaks the rules

• Tell us

  • Tap the shield in the chat.
  • Then tap Report.
  • Or email hello@nowimopen.com.

• A person checks

  • A real person reads every report.
  • Usually within one day.

• We act

  • We may warn them.
  • We may stop their account.
  • If someone is in danger, we may call the police.
