A free way to meet like-minded people. You post a short card about what you're open to, like a coffee chat about an idea, a run or a date. People nearby who share your interests can say I'm in, and you choose who to say yes to.

Enter your email on the sign-in page and tap the link we send. There's no password. Then make your profile in six short steps; it takes about two minutes.

Adults aged 18 and over. One account per person, with your real first name and real photos of yourself.

No. Everything is free while we launch.

It comes from hello@nowimopen.com. Check Promotions or Spam, wait a minute, then tap Resend. Links work once and expire after an hour.

Be specific: an activity, a topic, an area and a rough time. "Open to a coffee chat about starting a café · Tiong Bahru · Sat morning" gets far more replies than "Open to meeting people".

You choose 1, 3, 7 or 14 days. Small-group cards with a date close three hours after the start time. You can close a card any time.

Members in the same city who turned on Nearby and share the mode. Women-only cards are seen only by women. Shareable cards also get a public link you choose to share.

Nearby works both ways, so you only see others while you're visible too. Check that Nearby is on in your profile. Early on, areas are quiet: post a card or invite a friend to get things going.

Yes. Tap Hide on the card in Nearby. It's remembered on that device.

Every day at 12:00 Singapore time, up to six people who share your interests arrive in Today. Say you're open to meeting or pass. They're never told who passed.

Only when you both say yes: you accept someone's I'm in, or you both say you're open from noon picks.

New chats have 7 days to set a time. Once you've both replied, the chat stays open, and after you both confirm you met it stays open for 90 days.

After meeting, you can both confirm it. You each get a private keepsake card, which only goes public if you both agree, and you can leave a private reference.

Only signed-in members. You can also choose to show photos only after you both say yes. People who aren't members never see them.

No. We only show an area such as Tiong Bahru or Seoul. No coordinates, no distances. If you use your location to pick an area, the coordinates are discarded immediately.

In Profile, take a selfie showing the gesture we ask for. A person on our team compares it with your profile photos, usually within a day.

Open the chat and tap the shield button, then Report or Block. Blocking works both ways at once. A person reviews every report.

Don't send it, whatever the story. Report them from the chat, and if you think it's a scam call the ScamShield Helpline at 1799.

On Open, choose I'm travelling, pick one of 46 cities and the number of days. You'll see cards from travellers and locals there, and your cards show that city.

Check-ins expire on their own and are deleted within 72 hours.

Profile, then Account, then Pause my profile. Nobody sees your cards or gets you as a pick until you unpause.

Email hello@nowimopen.com from the address you sign in with. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. Pausing is instant if you just want a break.

Yes. On Android, tap Install when we offer it. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
