By using Now I’m Open you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and use your real first name and real photos of yourself. One account per person.

How to behave

• No judgement: be kind, and respect a “not this time”.
• Keep Ideas and Friends cards free of romantic or sexual approaches. Use Date mode for that.
• No selling, recruiting, investment pitches, multi-level marketing or requests for money.
• No harassment, hate, nudity or illegal content. No sharing other people’s personal information.

Safety

Meet in public places and tell someone where you’re going. We check reports, but we don’t run background checks and can’t guarantee anyone’s conduct. You’re responsible for your own decisions when meeting people.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to display it within the service as you choose. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

The service

Now I’m Open is free during launch and provided as it is. We may change features and will update these terms when we do. Singapore law governs these terms.
