“Free” can feel like a catch. Here’s exactly how it works.

What it costs to run

Hosting the website and database, sending sign-in emails and notifications, and the time it takes to review reports and verification selfies. At our size these costs are small.

Who pays for it today

The founder, while we launch. There are no paid plans and no ads inside the app.

What we won’t do

• Sell your personal data.
• Show ads inside the app or share your data with advertisers for their own use.
• Let anyone pay to be shown first. Priority picks come only from inviting friends.
• Put safety features behind a paywall.

If that changes

If we ever add paid extras, we’ll say so here and tell members first, before anything changes.

How we find new members

Mostly through members inviting friends, posters in cafés and campuses, and some small ad tests. Ads follow our ad rules, and ad cookies load only if you say yes.
